\u00ab L’attachement \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion et \u00e0 la famille font partie des valeurs et des forces de l’entreprise. Je suis dans l’entreprise depuis 1971. Mon fr\u00e8re Pierre-Louis travaille pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l’international et ma s\u0153ur Catherine sur l’image et la boutique. Mes enfants m’ont \u00e9galement aid\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer l’entreprise, \u00e0 prendre le virage digital. Je vais avoir 70 ans cette ann\u00e9e. Fanny et Nicolas Desjoyaux sont dans l’entreprise respectivement depuis 12 et 19 ans. Je vais transmettre l’entreprise \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.

Cet attachement au territoire et \u00e0 la famille est-il au c\u0153ur du succ\u00e8s de l’entreprise ? <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab C’est un attachement visc\u00e9ral. Dans une entreprise, le plus difficile est de trouver les hommes et de g\u00e9rer les \u00e9gos. J’ai mis quarante ans \u00e0 constituer une \u00e9quipe. L’entreprise est un travail d’\u00e9quipe. Notre histoire familiale nous permet de garder le pied sur le plancher des vaches. On sait d’o\u00f9 l’on vient. Mon p\u00e8re avait pour mod\u00e8le Fran\u00e7ois Michelin et sa devise \u00e9tait un sou est un sou. On est \u00e9conome. \u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Rep\u00e8res -> Les dates historiques<\/strong><\/p>\n

1945 : Jean Basson cr\u00e9e son entreprise de ma\u00e7onnerie et carrelage.
\n1950 : Jean Desjoyaux rejoint son beau-p\u00e8re au sein de l’entreprise.
\n1966 : Jean Desjoyaux construit la premi\u00e8re piscine dans la maison familiale de Cuzieu.
\n1968 : Jean Desjoyaux cr\u00e9e son entreprise de ma\u00e7onnerie et carrelage.
\n1974 : la branche d\u00e9di\u00e9e Forez piscine est cr\u00e9\u00e9e.
\n1978 et 1983 : deux brevets d\u00e9pos\u00e9s respectivement sur des panneaux de polypropyl\u00e8ne renforc\u00e9e par du b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 et un autre pour le groupe de filtration.
\n1987 : Jean-Louis Desjoyaux prend les r\u00eanes de l’entreprise.
\n1990 : Construction du si\u00e8ge \u00e0 La Fouillouse.
\n1991 : Desjoyaux fait son entr\u00e9e en bourse.
\n1996 : L’entreprise diffuse son premier spot t\u00e9l\u00e9 de la branche. Un succ\u00e8s.
\n2023 : La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dispose de 250 salari\u00e9s, 185 points de vente en France, compte six filiales dans le monde et est pr\u00e9sente dans 80 pays. Elle a lanc\u00e9 un investissement de 45 millions d’euros sur trois ans pour moderniser son si\u00e8ge, \u00e0 la Fouillouse, et poursuivre son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Desjoyaux, ce sont 250 salari\u00e9s et 185 points de vente.<\/p>\n
